📦 How are the artworks packaged?
All artworks are carefully packed and fully protected to prevent any damage during transport:
- Within Europe: shipped in large, sturdy boxes with extra protection
- Outside the EU: shipped in a custom wooden crate for maximum safety
Each shipment is fully insured until it is delivered to the buyer.
All paintings come with a certificate of authenticity.
🔁 Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days (with Art Majeur 14 days) of delivery.
The artwork must be undamaged and carefully repacked in the same packaging it arrived in.
Once the painting is received in perfect condition, the purchase amount will be refunded.
🚚 Delivery Times
- After ordering: artworks are shipped within 2 days
- Belgium & The Netherlands: delivery within 1 day
- Within Europe: delivery within 2–4 days
- Outside Europe: delivery within 3–5 days
