Biography

The paintings of CORNÉA art 👁️ create romantic landscapes. With soft pastel tones and layered colour fields, they evoke a picturesque and poetic experience of nature. Birds, swans, ducks, horizons, and human figures reinforce this feeling, shaping an atmosphere of silence and solitude, yet also of freedom, spirituality, and dreams. The works move between lyrical abstraction and figurative landscape.

In my works, I also draw attention to the silent man on the bench. This image is familiar to many … at times light and peaceful, yet at other times carrying the quiet weight of loneliness hidden behind it.

By being artistic, one can process life in another dimension. Art carries you into the depth, the intensity, and the silence of your work. It is a place of freedom 🌬️ ……. a safe and beautiful space where emotions find expression.

As a mother of four young children, I always take them with me into the studio, letting them freely discover the art of painting 🎨. I encourage them — and my husband — to remain open to all forms of creativity in the artistic world 🎨 and fully involve them in the world of art.

Le nom 👁️CORNÉA👁️ fait référence à la partie de l’œil par laquelle la lumière et les couleurs entrent dans le monde. De la même manière que la cornée est la fenêtre de notre vision, mes peintures sont des fenêtres ouvertes sur une expérience poétique de la nature.

Nature and art are inseparably connected. With my young family, I spend much of my time outdoors. The rain and the wind bring me peace and guide me toward the work I want to create. The changing seasons, the silence of the landscape, and the animals that live within it become a source of inspiration, shaping a creative process that takes form in art.

Daring to see differently 🎭, nurturing wonder, embracing colours, accepting the beauty of imperfection 🌈, and regulating emotions …, these are the key words that give art its meaning ❤️.
